Sweet San Francisco
Reunited and it feels soooo good. Just recently we experienced the splendor of San Francisco. Beyond the shopping which is amazing we got a chance to marvel in some gracious hospitality and unique dining experiences that are a must should you find yourself in sweet San Fran.
Dinner at Dorian. Chic and refreshing decor await you at the The Dorian. We all know I’m addicted to design and style. The Dorian left no stone unturned with its carefully curated library bar and horn sconce lighting to set the mood for a unique dining experience. I was hooked before tasting 1 morsel of food.
Tap 415 Shopping is a necessary evil. Let’s just say I need to check into Betty Ford for treatment. After a morning and afternoon of tearing down the mall or in my current case a whole bunch of window shopping we grabbed a seat at Tap 415.
The jerk chicken tacos and the slurpy and you are done. I was one happy camper I sat on the patio for over 3 hours nothing better than daytime cocktails.
Hilton A perfect stay. We crashed at the Hilton Union Square. A huge city block presence can make the hotel seem overwhelming however the gracious staff and intimacy of the hotel made for a boutique hotel feel. A nonstop buzzing lobby is perfect for people watching and meeting new friends should you be travelling solo. The most unique element of this massive property is the newly renovated Cityscape bar and lounge. Take the brisk elevator ride to the top floor of the hotel and prepare to experience the WOW of San Francisco. Currently the highest 360 view if the city, the Cityscape bar is destination to sip libations and to catch a quick nibble. Trust me as a guest of the hotel I made my acquaintance with the bar and staff. It's good to sip where they know your name I felt like Norman on Cheers.
