Estefan Kitchen - Led by Chef Odell Torres and created by Gloria and Emilio Estefan, the menu offers reimagined versions of traditional Estefan family recipes, with dishes like lechón flatbread, lechón crispy moros, vaca frita, braised short ribs, and paella.

Ember - Imagined by Chef Brad Kilgore, the wood-fired American bistro new to MDD focuses on classic and modern fare, wood-fired dishes, smoke laden meats, pastas and shareable sides. Ember features craft cocktails as well as an extensive wine list with about 100 wines.

Kaido - This cozy Japanese-inspired cocktail den and lounge from Chef Brad Kilgore and Kilgore Culinary offers innovative cocktails by in-house mixologist Nico de Soto. Head to Kaido for some thoughtfully prepared Asian dishes.

Michael’s Genuine - Growing alongside the neighborhood and open since 2007, Michael’s Genuine by Chef Michael Schwartz features homemade, unpretentious and delectable dishes with an emphasis on great local ingredients.
