Rome is filled with the hustle of any major city and to that end I ran my race to discover as much as I could in my 24 hour layover. From Vatican City to the Coliseum the cobble stone streets afforded me just enough cardio burn. After devouring the city’s historical value and charm paired with endless window shopping at ever turn I was a exhausted .
To be completely transparent, I stumbled upon the Hotel de la Ville in my exhaustion. I love an organic travel moment. While I’ve worked with the Rocco Forte Hotels in the pass, specifically Hotel de Rome in Berlin, Germany I was completely unaware that I’d arrived at a sister property. Rome is filled with unique character, half of which you can conquer with the stroke of your computer through Google. However what you can find is the most beautiful rooftop sunset?
